Trial Subscriptions
Users can cancel their 7-day free trial anytime within the trial period. Once the trial ends, we will send the reminder subscription link to continue the subscription user can pay the subscription amount and start using the services.
Paid Subscriptions
All paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, the amount cannot be refunded regardless of usage or content consumption.
